12:00 Presentation “Lessons Learned “So Far” in the Emergency Operations Center” – Barry Zimmerman, Multnomah County
Barry Zimmerman CPPB is the Deputy Purchasing Manager/MMP Program Manager at Multnomah County, where he manages all procurement and e-procurement activities in the county. He is the Program Manager for the source to settle component of the county’s ERP system and Logistics Chief for county Emergency Management. Barry will be sharing his experiences working on the Emergency Operations Center during the COVID19 pandemic.
