Please submit your ballot to Vice President Theresa Green via email at Theresa.green@portlandoregon.gov by 5pm on Monday, May 13. If you are attending the General Meeting on May 14, 2013 at 11:30am at the Convention Center Red Lion you can also submit your ballot at that time. Votes will be tallied at the end of the General Meeting and the new Secretary & Treasurer will be announced at that time. Please only one vote per person.
