ABOUT THE PRESENTATION

The Public Procurement Report is the focus of this meeting.  Come learn how other procurement professionals across the country in all types and sizes of agencies are using cooperative purchasing.  The Public Procurement Report aggregates data from nearly 200 conversations with public procurement officials at States, Counties, Cities, Higher Education and K-12 locations.  Jason MacDonald, former Chief Procurement Officer for the City of Long Beach, City of Fresno and most recently from the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power, will highlight the trends, issues and observations received during the past 18 months.

**Government Sourcing Solutions is comprised of former State and Local CPOs who work to support public sector procurement’s efforts to achieve cost savings, efficiencies and innovation through cooperative contracting.  There is never any cost to government for engagement with GSS.  GSS works to help government identify best in class contracts and concepts through education and analysis.
